Although not financially well endowed, the school is able to award a limited number of bursaries on admission. These are awarded based on an assessment of financial need. Bursaries are only awarded to children who, in the opinion of the school, will benefit from and contribute to the ethos of the School. The decision to award a Bursary is at the discretion of the trustees and is not subject to appeal. There is always substantial pressure on these resources and applications should be made as early as possible. All bursaries are awarded subject to terms and conditions of good behaviour and performance, and will be reviewable annually with the expectation that they will run from year to year if financial circumstances do not change. In order to apply for a bursary please contact the school administration office at VGGS:

Fee Payment

Fees are due on the first day of term and should be paid directly into the school account (account details available from the school). It is a parent or guardian’s responsibility to ensure that fees are paid on time. The last thing that the school wishes to do is to disrupt a girls’ education if fees are not paid promptly. However girls will be returned home if fees are not received on time. Please note that fees are inclusive of: Uniform, Textbooks, Exercise books, All bedding. There is no extra charge for these items. Students and parents are requested not to bring any foodstuffs to school.
